The first few week were tedious, my co-ordination on the drums wasn't good, but the patience on the part of my coach and perseverance on my part to practice yielded and is still yielding results.

Learning to play the drums has enriched my life and increased my confidence as it has brought out another part of me that has been lying dormant for so long.  It has given me renewed vigour and added means of expressing myself.  The interesting thing now is that with my involvement in the church band, we are now discussing how we can use the music ministry to explore and further the church's vision.

During my 12 weeks course, I've learnt to play the guitar.  I've learnt new things about music and I have more confidence in performing in front of people.  My coach always encouraged me, his coaching style is fun and awesome.  He always believed in me and knew what I could achieve.  I would recommend Templesprings to others because the venue and environment are good, there are no distractions, the staff are always keen to help and my coach is awesome

Before I was introduced to Templesprings; I felt that there was no way out from the everyday job that I did. I also believed that it was difficult for me to get into the publishing world and that I had to sacrifice one thing for another.

Being coached made me see what I was holding onto which stopped me moving forward, and helped me shift limiting beliefs; subsequently I have learnt to look more at the positives in my life. I have learnt to take one thing at a time and complete it. I no longer believe that there is no way out and that it is difficult to get into the publishing world; I now believe I can do everything I need to do if I put my mind to it.

I go to work now with a different attitude!

Coaching enabled me to have clarity in my thinking and my life. My goals increased my self-aware and I now have strong, positive, empowering beliefs. My sense of perspective has seriously changed; my outlook on how life can be – when stepping away from negatives, enables me to see the positive side of any negative.

Thank you for helping me realise there is always time, and you just have to know how to use it. Because in this one day I have managed to achieve a lot and my lists have been one of them. I am now halfway through finishing my book.

It’s being eye-opening, it’s being positive and self-motivating.  like the inspirational writing. I now have a sense of peace and calmness in my life.

I feel motivated to achieve my goals and what I have committed to.

I like the commitment and passion to what you do and also your dedication to my success. I appreciate working with passionate people. I feel very much stretched after each session.

Hi Coach,
This is to thank you for your email. Every session thus far has inspired and motivated me. I must write that as a self-confessed enthusiastic, positive ‘encourager’, never before have I been dissected to the point where I now recognise negative factors operating quietly in the background of my psyche. Shocking revelations!! I am glad though that those have been ‘ousted’. Thanks to you and Templesprings.. and can you imagine, am’ not done yet?.

I thought today’s session like the previous two before are life changing. I have simply been amazed at how you broke down the perceived functions of the brain which has held, and still holding many down in bondage. I am ecstatic that I have been set free, thank God for that!

From today onwards, I promise to re-write and work on my beliefs. Without sounding over the top, even TONY ROBBINS was unable to influence my belief system the way you (ADERINOLA JOHNSON) have done within a couple of hours today. Wow! It’s a testament to your God given skills Aderinola, which you are already operating in.

Thank you so so so much. I couldn’t thank you and Bidemi enough. God bless you and already looking forward to Wednesday’s session.
Sincerely Jide ‘BBK’ Salu

Hello Coach,
I must thank you for your insightful sessions. My life, right from session 1 has taken another path; it’s no longer the same. The skill set you have demonstrated in coaching me has really impressed me a great deal.

I must point out that it fused me with a lot of confidence in implementing your teachings. I must say that I have already begun to live my dreams because my life ahead of me is a lot clearer, I am much closer than I ever was. I have been succeeding everyday unbeknown to me. I am already in gear and have commenced the re-routed journey. My destiny beckons.

Thank you so much coach, I am indeed very proud to be associated with the Templesprings TRAIN - the life changing DRIVERS.

God bless you real good. Jide

When I first joined the VIP programme, I came in with some clear goals that I wanted to achieve from it. Some of my goals at the start were: improving my confidence, improving my written skills, getting more confident at interviews, improving my job application forms and cover letters, how to plan my personal time better and how to get more involved in my community.

During the VIP programme, it was clear to me that I was learning even more skills than I had first hoped. I was able to support at community events, pass my first aid training, become CRB checked, get some life coaching, mentoring other volunteers, assisting with work club by typing CVS and assisting people with job applications on a weekly basis and attending the Tilbury Forum monthly community meetings.

I now feel a lot more comfortable and confident with my administrative and new skills learnt which I can use in my personal and professional life. I now plan ahead in both my personal and professional life, I produce better well thought out job application forms and cover letters, I have improved my CV with training and new skills and I assist other volunteers with my computer knowledge and I have improved my general administrative skills.

As a result of this programme, I have been able take part in the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympics Games as a Games Maker on the Information Points based at Wimbledon and Eton Manor. This was a fantastic achievement as I am a huge tennis fan so I enjoyed every moment and got many new skills and experience of this post, which I can transfer to any admin role in the future.

My hope for the future is to find a part-time job in admin post suitable for my skills and experience.

I want to thank Yewande, Templesprings and all volunteers for their support with this programme and would definitely recommend this type of programme to anyone looking to improve themselves, gain new skills and be a part of their community.

Before I started my coaching sessions with Templesprings I didn’t have confidence in my ability and personal relationships and didn’t acknowledge myself in anyway. Being coached has given me confidence and increased my self-esteem; and I now have a great outlook in life.

I am able to write great goals for myself for every area of my life, and I am better able to prioritise the major things in my life. I have been able to change limiting beliefs I am extremely motivated about my goals and I feel they are very much achievable.

Being coached has changed my life. It was a wonderful experience that has taken me out of my comfort zone. I loved doing the life wheel and reading the inspirational writings.

I came into contact with Templesprings at a community event in Tilbury. We were encouraged to have an introductory ‘Taster Session’ with Derin who explained to the group what is involved in the process of coaching.

I subsequently signed up for a 4-session coaching plan with Derin. Being coached gave me an opportunity to sit down with someone to discuss how to move forward with my life; set achievable goals for myself and be able to refocus back on what I really want in life.

I was also able to shift some limiting beliefs I had about the fact that some things were not possible for me and that it was impossible for me to have a breakthrough in the UK.

I set a goal to get a job as I was unemployed with money worries at the time. By the time I had finished the 4 sessions I had received four job offers. I now have a job and have better financial independence and now able to give my family a better life.

This has given me confidence that I can achieve my other goals which are still in progress. I see my life more positively and my belief in the power of possibility is stronger. I no longer procrastinate as I now know how to set achievable goals for myself. As a result I am more fulfilled in life as I can now practice my accountancy profession.

I also want to use this opportunity to say thank you Jesus for using Derin, Bidemi and Templesprings to answer my prayers.

Before I started with my coach; I could not write an essay or spell correctly, writing skills, communication and reasoning with people was difficult for me.

Being coached helped me to express myself and develop my confidence. It was good fun and I am very happy with the benefits gained from being coached. My coach was very attentive and supportive.

I would recommend coaching and Templesprings to others.

I have known Templesprings for more than 7 years now.  Templesprings has provided me with timely advice and one-on-one Life coaching sessions. They have provided me with useful publications and resources that I have used to develop an approach to deal with my personal and marital challenges. Their support has helped me to think positively about the future and renewed my hope in the marriage institution.

In the area of my Career, I was at a place where I was dissatisfied with my ‘day’ job as an IT Trainer and for years I had carried a dream of authoring my own book. I am passionate about African cooking and love to entertain and thrill guests with my creative methods of cooking and food presentation.

Having identified this as an area I wanted to develop, Templesprings enabled me to take personal responsibility for this dream by helping me create a dynamic Personal Development Plan. This was to become my blueprint for managing my project ‘Operation Cookbook’.

Many months of hard work and late nights, and the dream was born in the form of my own ‘Contemporary Nigerian Cuisine cookbook’...

Contemporary Nigerian Cuisine cookbook recipes featured on GMTV’s Christmas Kitchen 2008. The Book was officially launched on the 3rd of July 2009 by His Excellency, Nigerian High Commissioner to the UK, Dr. Dalhatu Tafida OFR.

Since then I have appeared on African TV Station – Ben TV and have the privilege of promoting Nigerian Culinary Culture.

Templesprings enabled me to make that crucial Career transition and they have been really supportive of my business venture and have contributed time and effort to promote it to others as I actively pursue my new venture in the Food and Hospitality business.

I would most definitely recommend Templesprings to anyone.

Something very big has been happening with me since I started working with Templesprings. I am feeling very confident. You have really helped me to focus on what I want to do and what I don’t want to do.

I can’t tell you how good it has been to work with you. You are so encouraging, motivating and caring. I know I have a huge strength within myself but when I first contacted you, I was very fragile and almost burnt-out. I have had the strength and confidence to follow my dream with defined steps of how I am going to achieve my goals.
